Step 1
Evaluation
We start with a detailed recruitment assessment where our team reviews your academics, athletic history, and game film. You’ll receive a breakdown of the U.S. recruitment process, scholarship landscape, what to expect working with us, and a professional evaluation of where you currently stand.
Step 2
Onboarding
After completing all necessary recruitment forms, you’ll be assigned a personal recruitment coach to manage your process and provide ongoing guidance. With onboarding complete, we begin developing your recruitment profile and positioning you for direct contact with college coaches.
Step 3
Targeting
We proactively contact qualifying colleges and universities that match your athletic level and academic goals. Our outreach is fully customized to position you for the best possible scholarship offers. Based on feedback and fit, we develop strategic shortlists of programs and regions to prioritize.
Step 4
Assess Options
We gather direct feedback from college coaches on how they view you as both an athlete and a student. We then help you filter through offers and levels of interest, guiding you through your options as you prepare to make a confident and informed college commitment.
